A Modern Master in The 21st Century

For thirty five years, Denis has been living his passion to refurbish antique pieces and furniture of great heritage. The remarkable transfer of such know-how across several generations of exceptionally talented craftsmen gave birth to magnificent, contemporary and heavenly creations.

Since 1994, Denis has been designing artistic pieces and furniture that caused surprises at many levels; these pieces were achieved with immense precision and using the finest elements Earth has to offer. Precious woods, bronze and minerals coupled with luxurious woodworking, marquetry, sculptures, unexpected mechanisms and other surprises take a share in the everlasting pleasure brought about by Denis’ creative works.

The craftsman’s creativity does not belong to any artistic trend, resulting in unique creations that are designed to concur with the client’s taste.

“It has been a great pleasure to work with such a master craftsman creator
as Denis Bruyere on several international projects. It is very exciting to
work with a modern designer to create "antiques of the future",a heri-
tage for future generations.”
Christopher Payne- Former director of the furniture department at Sotheby's in London
To discover the creative universe and stylistic originality of Denis Bruyère, far removed from any form of conformity, is to find oneself outside the realm offashion. The materials chosen are precious but sober. The rare essences of wood used, the learned and rigorous construction, the designs and the finely detailed inlaid work, do not make one think just of precisely mastered objects. Here, technique long since acquired, has moved on to a higher, more interiorized, level of communication between the artist and his public. (Review L’œil)
